All our storage buildings are constructed as follows: the foundation is constructed with ACQ (30-50 Year lifespan) Pressure Treated Skids and Joists, the exterior is a 5/8"  T1-11 Premium Siding w/Olympic Maximum Stain/Sealer (or Delete Stain if painting and upgrade to Duratemp Siding, at no cost), the floor is 3/4" Plywood, the walls and trusses are 2X4 Framing 24" OC , the roof is 1/2" Plywood with 30 year Architectural Shingles, all buildings have painted Alum. Drip Edge (white or brown) around perimeter & Ridge Vent running the length of the peak for Ventilation, single 36" door w/Locking Latch, all this is included in our standard construction. Currently we have the 9', 11', and the 11'x16'. Unlike other manufacturers we do not offer many options on our gazebos because we include them as standard to  start with, for instance every gazebo we build has turned spindles, curved braces, top rails, pagoda roof, stain/sealer and T&G in the ceiling.
