All our storage buildings are constructed as follows: the foundation is constructed with ACQ (30-50 Year lifespan) Pressure Treated Skids and Joists, the exterior is a 5/8"  T1-11 Premium Siding w/Olympic Maximum Stain/Sealer (or Delete Stain if painting and upgrade to Duratemp Siding, at no cost), the floor is 3/4" Plywood, the walls and trusses are 2X4 Framing 24" OC , the roof is 1/2" Plywood with 30 year Architectural Shingles, all buildings have painted Alum. Drip Edge (white or brown) around perimeter & Ridge Vent running the length of the peak for Ventilation, single 36" door w/Locking Latch, all this is included in our standard construction.
