| It's In Our Blood |
| Here's the story behind Dry Creek Mini Barns Inc. It was started by two Mennonite brothers Willard and Curtis Martin who grew up in Pennsylvania working with their father Isaac Martin who since the late 1960 has been involved in the residential construction and land development industry.
The years 1998 to 2002 saw Isaac along with his five sons relocate to California where they began a land development and custom home construction business as Martin Brothers Development Inc. Father and sons over the years have built several thousand residential homes many housing developments and several Commercial Projects. |

| Division and Expansion |
In 2003, the company was separated into 3 separate divisions; Martin Brothers Development Inc. - which kept the custom home and land development, Ground Breakers Construction Inc. - which took over the metered concrete and all excavation divisions, and Dry Creek Mini Barns Inc. - which took over the storage building business.
 Branching from this Dry Creek Mini Barns soon introduced several new designs along with gazebos and horse barns, all with the same quality, stoutness, and integrity as they have always been known for in the custom home industry. In February 2005, we outgrew our facilities in Lebec, California, where we had been based, and moved our Manufacturing and Main Sales Office to an 18,800 square foot manufacturing facility in Arvin, California, where we are currently located.

 In 2009 Dry Creek Mini Barns purchased the complete Ring O Steel product line. Ring O Steel is a name that has stood for quality and innovation for over 38 years in the Equestrian community and we are committed to maintain this name.

At Dry Creek Mini Barns we are committed to offer to you, our customers, the options and choices in products that you are searching for. This is why in Jan 2011 we take the step to introduce 3 separate Storage Shed Product Lines. This Line up starts with the "Pioneer Series" which is our introductory level series shed. The second level is the "Champion Series" which are the buildings that for many years has been the backbone of the Dry Creek Mini Barns product line. But most of all we are excited about our All New "Presidential Series" which incorporates all the quality features that for many years has set Dry Ceek Mini Barns as the leader in strength and reliability in the storage building market plus all these added features such as:
1. 7' 1-1/2" tall walls (from floor to top plate)

3. Welded Steel Door Frames to forever eliminate any future warping are swisting problems
